There has been plans of Fofana to be transferred to Chelsea this season after he had played two years at the king power stadium Leicester city club. The Defender has confirmed this news.

Wesley Fofana and Chelsea are apparently in agreement on personal terms, and Chelsea is planning a fresh offer for the Leicester City defender.
Despite starting in the first two games of the season for Brendan Rodgers’ starting lineup, Fofana had a chance to move closer to joining the two-time Champions League champions. According to Fabrizio Romano, a transfer analyst, the defender has reached a personal agreement with Thomas Tuchel’s team.
The player has agreed to move to Chelsea but Leicester city is still insisting on their price while Chelsea is making moves for another Bid.
