The call for applications for the Government of France sponsored Make our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) Scholarship for young international researchers is open where 40 grants will be awarded to the laureates working on climate change and environment related topics.
The 6th edition of the MOPGA Scholarship for International Students is intended to welcome 40 young researchers wishing to carry out their research in France. The program is funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the French Minsitry for Higher Education and Research.

MOPGA Scholarship for International Researchers 2023 | Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the MOPGA Scholarship for International Researchers, interested applicants are to meet the following requirements:
- Must be a foreign researcher having a doctoral degree for less than 5 years.
- Not have resided in France after September 1st 2022 (for more than 90 days).
- The research must be related to climate change and environment.
- Be exclusively of foreign nationality.

Document Requirements:
- CV including the list of your publications in English (4 pages max).
- PhD Diploma (or certificate of PhD diploma).
- CV of your research supervisor in the French host institution (2 pages max).
- Letter of support from the French host institution.
- Letters of recommendations (3 max).
- Passport or proof of ID
